MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

SAI uses a state of the art tomato processing technology with key equipment imported from Italy. Processes include a hot breaks system, evaporators and aseptic filling.

 

1. HOT BREAKS SYSTEM:

This system combines hopper, chopper and Hot Break systems. The tomatoes pass from the hopper, are chopped and then heated to hold back enzymes and to gain intense bostwick and fresh color to exactly meet the needs of leading tomato sauce manufacturers.

 

2. EVAPORATOR  SYSTEMS:

The evaporator helps to dry the tomatoes under steam and vacuum systems which enhance the quality and color of  the tomatoes.

 

3. ASEPTIC FILLING SYSTEMS:

“Aseptic filling” enhances product quality by sterilizing the product before filling in aseptic bags. Aseptic filling systems also prolong shelf-life and maintain an original taste of the products.
